Simsaladoo

I'm David, a Unreal Engine developer with almost 10 years of experience as a technical artist with a background in pipeline tools. I've worked on films, commercials, video game trailers, and VR games. Learning Sharepoint in C# was my gateway into programming during my early career years at NASA, and since then I've worked on many different projects giving me a wealth of perspective. I started with material shaders and environment art while learning Blueprints, and gradually moved onto Python, C++ and traditional computer science. I'm familiar with scene optimization using Insights and game code debugging in visual studio. More recently I've been learning pipeline development, learning APIs like REST, and contributing to studio development as a whole by writing more code and tools wherever their need arises.
